Card #1 Sulis “Spend time near water, such as a lake, river, or the ocean, to recharge your batteries.”

Sulis is a Celtic sun goddess who oversees bodies of water. Though you have seen this goddess stepped forward before her energy this week was mainly focused in her association with the element of water. As we know water is the element that we associate with emotions as well as our intuition. She is bringing the message to take time to recharge because if you don’t you will emotionally become and empty well. It is good to give but we also have to take care of ourselves. Take sometime this week to connect and activate your Heart Chakra and to give forgiveness to yourself and others. If you do this you will recharge in a positive way which will then enable you to continue to give your love freely! To honor her you may fill a chalice with water and charge it in the sunlight (since she is a sun goddess), you can either offer it at the end of the day to nearby plants, bodies of water or you can drink it so that you infuse yourself with her Divine energy.

Card #2 Athena “You know what to do. Trust your inner wisdom and take appropriate action without delay.”

Athena is a Grecian goddess who is venerated for her wisdom and power. She protects and enlightens anyone who calls upon her. It is interesting that earlier this week the Wolf came forward with this same message, by connecting with your inner wisdom you achieve personal power. So now if you are having trouble connecting she is here to lend her energies to facilitate this connection with your inner self. Although she is a warrior goddess she is a goddess who fights with her wit rather than brute force. She is the master strategist. Call upon her to help you resolve disputes and for protection. The message that she brings to you is to trust your inner wisdom. You already know what needs to be done so get to it at once! You do not need anyone’s permission or approval only your own. That is why you have your intuition to guide you in your journey. Athena is here to help you see the power and wisdom that already resides in you. She can help remove the blindfold you have put on yourself. Honor Athena this week by feeding the pigeons around your community. Mediate with her and allow her to work her sacred magic on you.

Card #3 Yemaya “Important doors are opening for you right now. Walk through them.”

Yemaya is an Orisha goddess from the Yoruba religion. She rules the seas and she is the essence of motherhood and she is a fierce protector. Her message is to make every opportunity count. When one door closes another will open but you will have to go through it to make use of that opportunity. Have your eyes open so that you can see the opportunities as they present themselves to you. This is a period of good luck for you take full advantage. If you would like to honor Yemaya release white flowers in the sea but if not near an ocean release them in a river. They say if you write a wish and put it in a tiny boat and send it her way if she grants you the wish your boat will be swallowed by the water, is she denies it will wash up on shore.

Card #1 Sulis

Sulis is a Celtic sun goddess who oversees bodies of water. She stepped forward this week to let you know that it is time for you to cleanse yourself and get rid off that energetic gunk you are carrying around. There are many ways you can choose to do this but since she rules over the element of water I would suggest utilizing this element during the ritual. One way that you can use water to let go of the sadness and the pain that you may be holding on to is by taking some falling leaves and writing on them the feelings, emotions, memories you would like to release. Go to a nearby source of running water and let the leaves go as you focus your intent to let go. If you do not have a creek or river that you can use for this purpose you can always just flush them away. Do not forget to give and offering or love and gratitude. Take some time this week to connect with her by meditating by water, in water, with water because you will find healing and rejuvenation there. She is waiting for you with open arms. To honor her you may fill a chalice with water and charge it in the sunlight (since she is a sun goddess), you can either offer it at the end of the day to nearby plants, bodies of water or you can drink it so that you infuse yourself with her Divine energy.

Card#2 Hathor

Hathor is an Egyptian goddess represented by the head of a cow to symbolize the sacred animal’s life-giving milk and mothering. She is a benevolent sky and sun goddess that helps in all aspects of procreation, like conception, birthing and raising. She is a great guide to teach you how to nurture yourself and your loved ones. She brings you the message that it is ok to receive. It comes very easy for us to give love and nurture others. But we tend to have negative feelings about receiving back what we give. Many times we want to be loved, nurtured or healed but we resist receiving what we long for and need.  This is the time to overfill your cup, to learn to accept lovely gestures done by your loved ones as well as strangers. When love, healing, nurture comes your way be open and say “Thank you” and show the Universe the gratitude you feel for your blessings. Our cup needs to be full, so that in that way, we are better apt to give to others. Hathor also brings the message that you need to be more receptive to receive messages from Source. Our guides, angels, benevolent spirits want to help us in our journey, but if we are not paying attention or set aside some time in the day to allow for this communication to take place then they are not able to impart their guidance and wisdom to us. Honor Hathor by giving an offering of milk to nature. Take time this week to be more open and receptive so that you may have a one on one with Hathor and get to know her and her energy better.

Card #3 Maeve

Meave is celtic goddess that celebrates and honors her divine feminine. She is not afraid to be in touch with her sexuality. She is also rules the pains that are related to our feminine cycles as those of our menses and birthing. It was said that she gave labor pains to a whole army which was trying to invade her lands and ceased battling while on her moon. Call upon her when you are in need to alleviated pain caused due to our femininity. Maeve brings the message to we need to accept and learn how to work with our cycles. Cycles are found everywhere we look. We see them in nature, we see them in our bodies and we also see it in our emotional and mental states. We just have to be aware of them and then learn to harness the power that comes from them. For me I am very well in tuned with the Earth’s and the Moon’s cycles, I used them to aid in my works. Now I am learning to be in tuned with the cycles of Venus. The next one that is attracting me to learn about and get connected with is Mercury’s cycle. What cycles are you in tuned with? How do they affect your life? The decisions you make or don’t make? Maeve is here to bring into the forefront that this is the time to learn more about yourself through cycles and to remind you that whatever is happening right now this too shall pass, as the cycle continues on, you will change, evolve and gain wisdom. Pay attention to the cycles in your life so that you can use them to enrich it. Honor Maeve by meditating on a new cycle that you have learned or identified and ask for her guidance on how you can incorporate this new-found knowledge in your life.

The Goddess has been revealed. Listen to her message with an open heart and know that she will aid you during this time. Take time this week to connect with her and see what other messages or lessons she may have for you.

Card #1 – Sulis

Sulis is a Celtic sun goddess who oversees bodies of water. She stepped forward this week to let you know that it is time for you to cleanse yourself and get rid off that energetic gunk you are carrying around. The best way she suggests it to do a scared ritual bath for cleansing and healing. This doesn’t have to be too elaborate you can draw a bath add some salts maybe choose a couple of crystals that may want to join you, light a candle and get it in. Put your mind at ease and release those negatives feelings, resentments. Let go of the sadness and the pain that you may be holding on to. Go for a walk by a body of water to meditate and connect with her. You will find healing and rejuvenation there. She is waiting for you with open arms. To honor her you may fill a challis with water and charge it in the sunlight, you can either offer it at the end of the day to nature (plants, bodies of water) or you can drink it so that you infuse yourself with her Divine energy.

Card #2 – Mawu

Mawu is a West African moon goddess who’s believed to have created all life with her husband sun god Liza. She helps those who call upon her to learn how to live in harmony with nature. She ensures that our needs are abundantly supplied without harming the planet. She heralds the message of being more mindful on how you use mother earth’s resources. Get involved in helping the environment heal. Do your part, whether it is to do more recycling, reusing, re-purposing, helping clean-up a natural area or simply do a mother healing ceremony. But it is time to take care of Mother Earth, the way she takes care of you! You can honor her this week by feeding birds, maybe spreading some flowering plant seeds by the side of road or just by walking barefooted on the ground. Or you can just take some time out of your busy day to chant and connect with her. Here is one of my favorite chants, The Earth is my Mother enjoy!

Card #3 – Mother Mary

Mother Mary is a Christian goddess. She is the goddess of faith, healing and children. She is the mother of Christ. She works closely with anyone who is a child advocate, teacher or healer. She is devoted to making this world a safer and happy place for them. The message that she brings, is the message of keeping the faith alive. Don’t give up on yourself or others. Let go of the worry and have faith that the Universe is guiding you to where you need to be and where you want to go. Just be open to the Divine guidance. A way that you can honor her this week, is by doing something special for children in need or just spend more time with your children and show them how much you love them!
